Can't Put A Good Book Down

I sit alone everyday you know, sitting on the stairwell eating my lunch, reading a book. What about you?

Just 'Cause My Eyes Are Crossing From Work...

I'm not going to give you any interesting news here. I just needed a break.

I'll title this section "Things in My Head":

I have no idea about the groundhog. It's in the damn 70's this week so if he's predicting more winter, my question is "Does that mean it's gonna get here???"

I'm listening to Uncle Tupelo's cover of Waylon Jennings' "Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way?" I'm stuck in a UT rut. Not that it's a bad place to be. It's just a rut. If I start an alt-country band, will y'all come out to see me?

I love this movie quote: "I was born when she kissed me. I died when she left me. I lived a few weeks while she loved me." If you know the movie (w/o cheating), I think I love you.

Today is James Joyce's birthday (according to my HPB calendar). I think everyone should read "A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man" at least once. For no other reason than it's a fantastic read.

That's all. Maybe more nuggets later.

I doesn't mean we *can't* be together. I would've just been destiny if you knew it. That quote always gives me chills. And the way Bogart delivers it is just amazing. He may not have been the greatest actor to ever live, but he could deliver a killer line like no one else.

Well, we'll always have Paris. ;)
